Dear Parents/Guardians of Fifth Grade Students:
This letter is to inform you of procedures that will need to be followed in order for your child to attend Middle School. Please note the following important information:
- All fifth grade students will receive an application for Middle Schools. This application should be completed using the previously obtained directory describing the available programs. With your child, you should rank the schools/programs in preference order. Please be sure to sign the application in blue or black ink.
- All applications for Middle Schools are due back to P.S. 101 by Friday, December 1, 2017. However, we are encouraging students to return them as soon as possible so we can review and troubleshoot before actual submission deadlines.
- If you do not return the application, your child will then attend the regular program in the Middle School that he or she is zoned for, based on your current residence.
