5th Grade Middle School Applications are available on line this week.
The Parent Portal, for families:
- This will be found at MySchools.nyc
- Parents will get a letter in the mail this week from the NYC Dept. of Education with login instruction and their account creation code.
- In order to create a MySchools account, you must have an email address and your child’s OSIS ID number.
- PC Margaret Lloyd can provide you with your OSIS # if you come to the school (cannot be given over the phone)
- If you already have a MySchools account you may be able to access the application already
