A Fundraiser brought to you by the PTA of P.S. 101

Lollipops will be on sale for children to give to their friends, teachers, parents AND vice versa.

Each lollipop includes a card where your special note or “gram” will be included.

ANYONE is welcome to purchase a Candy Gram at a price of:

ONE Lollipop Gram & card for $1.00

Order yours today by returning the form below. Forms MUST be received no later than Friday, December 14^h

All Candy Grams will be delivered to classes and passed out to the children on Friday, December 21^st

Please return the completed form along with the correct dollar amount and complete the form below.

Remember, it’s for the children to give to their friends, you to give your child, or children to give teachers and staff (to whoever is special to the giver).
