Dear Parents & Guardians,
The PTA is excited to have a fundraising raffle for two Holiday Big Bears. All money collected will supplement PTA funds toward future free activities and events planned for the students. Each entry is only $1 for your chance to win one of the two Big Bears. You can purchase as many as you’d like by Friday, December 14th! Your child will receive the same number of tickets corresponding to the number of entries, so please hold on to the tickets in order to redeem the prize. Please remind your child to hold on to the tickets in order to redeem the prize (ONE BIG BEAR!) Both winners’ will be announced on December 20th during school hours. Please include your phone number on tear off so you can be contacted if you win! Remember all money raised will be going back to the students at PS 101.

Please fill- out the return slip and enclose your money in a sealed envelope with your child’s name/class labeled clearly on the front.
