I have some GREAT NEWS to share! The on-line survey deadline has just been extended. Please go on-line to NYCDOE and in the search field, type “Survey”. Click on “NYC School Survey” and then click on the blue box under Parent or Guardian field.

If you don’t have your access code, you can call 1-877-819-2363 or once you log to the on-line survey, the second screen will have a link to access this information. The survey is open until April 25, 2019.

Please ensure you complete the survey!
