Dear Parents & Guardians of 5th grade seniors,
The Parent Teacher Association is delighted to announce that we will be hosting the annual SENIOR PROM on Thursday, June 6th, 2019, from 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm at the Paradise Catering Hall located at 51 Avenue U, (Avenue U & West 11th Street in Brooklyn). The cost of the prom is $40.00 which will include food and entertainment.
If you would like your child to attend, please complete the permission slip below and return it with your payment in an envelope clearly marked SENIOR PROM with your child’s name and class.
Money and permission slips are due NO LATER THAN Monday, May 20th, 2019. ABSOLUTELY NO late payments will be accepted. ONLY CASH PAYMENTS or bank checks/money orders made payable to PTA of PS 101 will be accepted. No personal checks. All payments will be recorded and a paid receipt will be issued for your record keeping.
We are not asking for parent chaperones as the event is being chaperoned by teaching & support staff as well as board members of the PTA. Parents will be invited into our prom thirty minutes prior to prom ending (7:30pm) for photo opportunities with their child.
