Guardianship is a legal arrangement where a court gives a person the legal right to make decisions for another person who is unable to make decisions for themselves, a Guardianship Lawyer will address Guardianship and special needs planning issues concerning how to meet the health, legal and financial needs of children and youth with disabilities. You will also learn about the OPWDD policy that promotes self-direction alternatives for people with developmental and intellectual disabilities
