School Safety Team Meeting – Town Hall – Parent Letter

Dear PS 101 Parents/Guardians:

As a school community, we all want to ensure the safety and well-being of our students. Each month our School Safety Committee meets together to discuss measures of safety, school events and concerns to better provide a safe learning environment.

For our February meeting, we are cordially inviting parents to join us for our 45 minute meeting to share in quality conversations regarding our school. Our agenda will include General Response Protocols, school activities, emergency preparedness/protocols, new state laws, safety and security, etc.

The meeting will take place on Wednesday, February 5th, 2020 at 8:10 – 8:55 am (LIBRARY). Please note, the meeting may run a little over the anticipated end-time.

Please sign and return the slip below to indicate your attendance for the meeting. Thank you for your continued cooperation and partnership to ensure of safety and well-being of your youngsters and staff.

  1. It is a pleasure to be a part of school meetings and that too for ensuring the safety of children. Parents always get confidence in educational institutions for such events. It is very important for a school to focus on safety measures and it makes me happy to see this take place.
