Dear PS 101 Families-
Mayor de Blasio and Chancellor Carranza released the “Return to School 2020 Back to School Pledge.” It outlines the commitments to students, families, staff, and all school communities prior to the start of the school year. Link: DOE_BackToSchoolPledge_FINAL
Translated versions are also available here: schools.nyc.gov/pledge
Since the City will provide all PPE and disinfecting supplies to the schools, does that mean we can skip bringing handsanitizers and Clorox disinfecting wipes ( that are incredibly hard to find and cost about $15-20 per container if found) ?

Yes the city states we are going to get these items, but we will not have enough. We will need parental support. That being said, you should not be buying at those prices. I have seen hand sanitizer, etc at regular normal prices.
