Dear Parents and Students,
December 7-13, 2020 is Computer Science Week. It is to recognize the importance of knowing programming languages and coding. Every year, school-wide, we would explore the different types of computer languages that exist, for example Python and JavaScript. For the younger students, we start their foundation in computational thinking through visuals, using Coding Blocks. This year because of remote learning, Code.org and CodeBytes will be having Live stream lessons on YouTube for the Computer Science Week. There are many exciting topics that you should view along with your child. Coding is for ALL ages!
