Parenting Workshops on May 3rd and May 10th

Greetings PS 101 Families:

The Chinese American Sunshine House is happy to invite PS 101 parents to join them for a two-part parenting workshop series that aims to help parents improve their communication with their children and teach them self-discipline.

The first workshop will take place on May 3, 2023 from 10-11am, and will focus on how to improve parent-children communication. Our speaker Min Li, from the Chinese American Sunshine House, will share practical tips and strategies for effective communication that can help parents build stronger relationships with their children and foster a more open and honest dialogue.

The second workshop will take place on May 10, 2023 from 10-11am, and will cover teaching and rewarding kids for self-discipline. Min Li will provide insights on how to teach children the importance of self-discipline and how to reward them when they exhibit it. This workshop is especially relevant for parents who want to instill good habits in their children and help them develop a strong sense of responsibility.

Both workshops will be held via Zoom and available in both English and Chinese. They will include interactive discussions and Q&A sessions. We encourage parents of all ages to join us for these informative and engaging workshops.
