UPDATED: COVID-19 Vaccine Mandate

Dear Families,

Per the Mayor’s announcement on Monday, the New York City Board of Health is expected to make changes to the City’s current vaccination requirements this week. Specifically, as of February 10, 2023, NYC Department of Education (DOE) staff and other individuals in DOE schools and buildings – including visitors and family members – would no longer be required to show proof of vaccination against COVID-19.

Information for Holiday Shows this week

Dear PS 101 Families:

We are incredibly excited to welcome families from PK- Grade 2 for this week’s Winter Wonderland performances.

As a reminder:

  1. You must bring your Proof of Vaccine Card (we cannot let anyone in the school who does not show proof of vaccination).
    If you do not bring it or forget it at home you will not be allowed inside to view the performance.
  2. You must bring ID that matches your Proof of Vaccination card.
  3. We strongly encourage audience members to wear a mask during the performance (as per the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DOHMH) universal indoor masking recommendation ).
  4. Doors open at 8:45am to come inside and the show begins at 9:00am promptly.
