December brings a joyful close to the calendar year! As we wrap up 2025 together, we look forward to a month filled with learning, festive activities, and special moments that highlight the spirit of our school community.

| Tuesday, December 9th | Kindergarten Applications for 2026 – 2027 opens in MySchools.nyc (closes on January 23). |
| Tuesday, December 9th | PTA GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING VIA ZOOM at 6PM. |
| Friday, December 12th | Middle School Application CLOSES. Ensure your fifth grader preparing for Middle School applies via MySchools.nyc. |
| Monday, December 15th | Winter Wonderland Performance for PRE-KINDERGARTEN. Per NYCDOE Visitor Policy, PRE-K families must show valid ID upon entry. Doors open at 8:30am. Show begins at 9:00 am. |
| Tuesday, December 16th | Winter Wonderland Performance for KINDERGARTEN. Per NYCDOE Visitor Policy, KGN families must show valid ID upon entry. Doors open at 8:30am. Show begins at 9:00 am. |

| Tuesday, December 23rd | SCHOOL SPIRIT DAY- PAJAMA DAY AT PS 101! Believe in Winter Dreams and WEAR your favorite winter theme, character, holiday, comfy/cozy pjs! It’s Pajama Day at PS 101! Last day before winter recess! |
| Wednesday, December 24th – Friday, January 2nd | WINTER RECESS- ALL NYC SCHOOLS CLOSED. School Resumes Monday, January 5th |
