On Friday September 10 at 9:30am, Principal Korrol held a virtual meeting with parents to update and prepare parents and students for the first week of school which begins Monday September 13. below is the recording filled with information and answers to parent questions:

Dear PS 101 Families-
As per many student and parent requests, our amazing PTA is doing a 2-day pop-up shop and selling PS 101 shirts, sweatpants and more!!! Students will be asked to wear PS101 shirts the first week of September when school re-opens to get our kids excited about our re-opening. Now’s your chance to get prepared
PS 101 apparel will be sold on Wednesday May 26 and Thursday May 27 in front of the main entrance during drop off between 8:15a-9:00a
Dear Parents-
I’m looking forward to seeing you at today’s PTA meeting at 10am. Details are being sent through the PTA’s Remind account- you must log into the Zoom meeting using your child’s DOE Student account.
During the meeting I will give you some school updates and also share an opportunity to learn a new way to parent and learn about your child that is incredibly exciting!
