Dear Parents/Guardians of Third and Fifth Graders and New Admit Students:

Effective this week, we will start conducting our mandatory vision screening for students in grades 3 and 5, plus new admits to the NYCDOE. Our trained school staff will use vision screening materials from the New York City Department of Health. If your child wears eyeglasses, please ensure they come to school prepared.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our Parent Coordinator, Ms. Bing Xing Lin at 1-347-563-4680 or via email at BLin9@schools.nyc.gov
