This is a wonderful opportunity for students and their parents to explore creativity together through art.

Seats are limited to 25 students.

New Nutrition Program at PS 101

Dear PS 101 Families of 3rd, 4th and 5th Graders,

We are excited to announce a new Nutrition Program coming to our school! This engaging, hands-on program is designed to help students learn about healthy eating habits, food preparation, and the importance of balanced nutrition.

At this time, participation is open only to third, fourth and fifth grade students. A maximum of 40 students can attend. Students who wish to participate must be able to commit to attending all scheduled sessions, which will take place from 2:30–4:20 p.m. on the following dates:

November: 14th, 21st
December: 5th, 12th, 19th
January: 9th, 16th, 23rd

Please note that this program is conducted by an outside vendor. As such, there may be activities involving peanut and other nut products, and while every precaution will be taken, there is a possibility of cross-contamination.

Reminder: Saturday Test Prep/Academic Support Afterschool Starts November 1st

Greeting PS 101 Families of Students in Grades 2-5:

Please note, this reminder is for families with children who received a Welcome Letter regarding PS 101’s Saturday Afterschool Program. The program will begin this Saturday, November 1, 2025.

The program starts at 8:00 am and will conclude at 10:50 am. Students will be dismissed through the main entrance.

Please note the following program dates:

November 2025	Nov 1, 8, 15, and 22
December 2025	Dec 6 and 13
January 2026	Jan 10, 24, and 31
February 2026	Feb 7, 14, and 28

District 21 Middle School Showcase

Greetings Grade 4 and 5 Families:

District 21 will be hosting a Middle School Showcase on October 6th for our current 5th graders to highlight the many wonderful academic programs our District has to offer.
