Kind Minds Student Assembly

Dear PS 101 Families of Grades 1 – 5:

On Monday, March 23, students in Grades 1–5 will participate in our Kind Minds Student Assembly. This program focuses on promoting kindness, empathy, and positive peer interactions among students.

Through engaging activities and discussions, the assembly encourages students to think about the impact of their words and actions, practice respect, and help build a caring and supportive school community.

We look forward to this meaningful opportunity for students to reflect on the importance of kindness and working together to ensure a positive environment for all.

Sincerely,

Gregg Korrol

POSTPONED: Respect for All Student Assembly with Echo Dance Team

Dear PS 101 Families,

Due to travel delays, the Echo Dance Team unfortunately has to reschedule their performance for our students to a later date in the spring. Therefore, we will be postponing our Respect for All student assembly that was originally scheduled for February 9th. We will announce the new date once it is confirmed.

In the meantime, our students still have the FUNdraiser for Leukemia & Lymphoma Society assembly on February 13th to look forward to!

Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

Respect for All Student Assembly on February 9

Dear PS 101 Families,

In recognition of Respect for All Week, PS 101 will be hosting a Respect for All Assembly for students on Monday, February 9th.

As part of this special event, we are excited to welcome the Echo Dance Team, who will visit our school to present an engaging, high-energy performance that blends dance, music, and storytelling. Through their show, students will explore important messages centered on respect, kindness, inclusion, and standing up against bullying.

The assembly is designed to encourage students to celebrate differences, support one another, and reflect on positive choices they can make within our school community. Our students will leave feeling motivated, empowered, and inspired to show respect for themselves and others.

We look forward to sharing this meaningful experience with our student

Sincerely,

Gregg Korrol
