Welcome back! We’re excited to begin a brand-new school year with you and your children. September marks a fresh start, filled with opportunity, connection, and learning. As we settle into new routines, we’re looking forward to a month of strong partnerships, positive energy, and the promise of growth for every student.

| Friday, September 12th | Coffee with Korrol and KINDERGARTEN FAMILIES ONLY- 9am start. Join Principal Korrol to discuss and learn about the PS 101 philosophy for success, establish grade expectations, parenting tips, and Q&A session. |
| Tuesday, September 16th | Back to School Night! Welcome to PS 101! Families are invited to your child’s classroom for an evening session visit from 4:30-7pm. A schedule will be posted on our website and your child’s teacher will inform you of specific session times. |
| Tuesday, September 23rd + Wednesday, September 24th | NYC Schools Closed – Rosh Hashanah Observance |
| Friday, September 26th | Coffee with Korrol and GRADE 5 FAMILIES ONLY- 9am start. Join Principal Korrol to discuss and learn about the PS 101 philosophy for success, establish grade expectations, parenting tips, and Q&A session. |
| Friday, September 26th | SCHOOL SPIRIT DAY! Celebrate YOUR HERITAGE! It’s HERITAGE DAY – represent your true-self! WEAR something special to show-off your heritage and be proud! |
| Tuesday, September 30th | DAY 1 PTA EVENT – FALL PHOTO DAY! Early Childhood Grades Only- Pre-K, Kindergarten, First Grade and Second Grade. |

Is there a coffee meet with Principal Korrol to discuss and learn for self contained student’s parents?

Good morning! We do the coffee with Korrol by grade so I recommend coming as per your child’s grade. If you have specific questions regarding Self Contained I can have someone there to answer those questions if you tell me which date you are coming.
