Middle School Application Process – Tech Assistance
MIDDLE SCHOOL APPLICATION
Dear PS 101 Grade 5 Families:
5th Grade Middle School Applications Process—OPEN HOUSE at PS 101 to help you on Tuesday, November 27th from 2:30 – 3:30 pm in our tech lab in room 422.
The deadline for families to create a MySchools account and submit a Middle School application is Monday, December 3 via the parent portal: MySchools.
We will be holding an open house for families to come up to complete the Middle School Application and/or Request for Testing with school supports.
Please join us during Tuesday’s Parent Engagement time on Tuesday, November 27th from 2:30 – 3:30 pm in room 422. We will help you log in and complete your application.
The Parent Portal for Families:
*This will be found at MySchools.nyc
*Parents should have received a letter in the mail from the NYC Dept. of Education with login instruction and their account creation code.
*In order to create a MySchools account, you must have an email address and your child’s OSIS ID number.
*PC Margaret Lloyd (1-347-563-4680) can provide you with your OSIS # if you come to the school. (This cannot be given over the phone).
