Parent Teacher Conference and Report Cards

Greetings PS 101 Families:

Please be advised the first marking period for the school term is coming to an end.
Report Cards:
You will have access to your child’s report card on Wednesday, November 3rd.
Parent-Teacher Conference:
You will also have the opportunity to set-up a virtual/tele-conference with your child’s teacher on Thursday, November 4th (afternoon and evening).

PS 101 Academic Policy:

ME: “Mastery-Exceeds” Standards (95-100) = 4 by NYS Standards

MA: “Mastery-Above” Standards (85-94) = a mid-high 3 by NYS Standards

MT: “Mastery-Meets” Standards (75-84) = a low-mid 3 by NYS Standards

MP: “Mastery-Approaching” Standards (65-74) = 2 by NYS Standards

MB: “Mastery-Below Standards (64 or less) – 1 by NYS Standards

There are two options for you to retrieve your child’s Report Card online (we do not give out paper report cards) on Wednesday, November 3rd>

Report Card grades will be posted on this NYC Schools Account (NYCSA) for student grades, school forms, IEPs, tests scores, reading level, enrollment history, transportation, health, attendance, fitness data, scheduling and more at NYC Schools Account NYSCA

1) Go to:

2) Scroll to: Click on the blue icon/box “Sign In”

3) ENTER your username and password credentials that you signed up with for NYCSA access.

4) CLICK on MyStudent – GREEN BOX

5) Select your student/child

6) Select: GRADES 

7) Current Report Card will be visible for you to click and access.  

8) Past Report Cards are also available for you to access. 


2.  Log into TeachHub using your child’s account and look under “student documents”.

To Access Translated Versions of Report Cards:  If families are asking and are in need of assistance with requests for translating report card grades, kindly refer parents to use the NYCDOE site for accessing as follows:

3) ENTER your username and password credentials that you signed up with for NYCSA access

4) Click SETTINGS- (top right corner-gear icon)

5) CLICK Language Preference from the list on the left side.

6) Select language preference and SAVE 

Parent-Teacher Conferences:

Appointments will be scheduled by your child’s teacher.

**If you don’t have an appointment, contact your child’s teacher through Google Classroom or Remind today.

If you are unable to participate in Parent-Teacher Conference, please know you can contact your child’s teacher and arrange an appointment during their regular office hours which is Friday mornings from 8am-8:30, unless otherwise indicated.

*Thursday, November 4th > Half-Day of School > 11:50 am dismissal

Afternoon Session: 12:50pm-2:50 pm; Evening Session from 4:30-7:00 pm

Please make appointments with your child’s teacher to ensure you are developing a partnership in the learning process for your child.  

1.     ALL Students dismissed at 11:50 am.

2.     Students will receive a Grab and Go lunch baggie to eat/enjoy at home!

3.     There will be No Live teaching/No student work will posted in the afternoon.

Our cluster teams are an integral part of our school success. We encourage you to speak with your child’s specialty class teacher to ensure you are aware of his/her strengths and needs for improvement. Parent-Teacher Conferences are an ideal time for you to speak with or zoom with your child’s cluster teacher team. Kindly complete and submit the Google Form indicating which cluster teacher/program you wish to be in contact with on Thursday, November 4th. The cluster teachers will be contacting you during the afternoon and evening school session times: 12:50 pm – 2:50 pm and 4:30 pm- 7:00 pm. Please click on your child’s appropriate cluster teacher if you are interested.

Please consider your child’s cluster classes to complete and submit the Cluster Team Google Form:
