NAMASTE YOGIS and YOGINIS!

Dear PS 101 Families! 

Please see the video lessons for our yoga students to engage in with your family or on their own. Please encourage your child to take advantage of this learning experience which is tailored to their age/grade level and have some FUN, FUN, FUN with Yoga Instructor, Sari Nordman. 

Make some family time together and make memories with your child- exercise, practice breathing, build your strength, develop your balance, stretch, bend, reach and try your best! GO FOR IT!
