Dear PS101 family members,
As we wind down and prepare for summer vacation, we want to set everyone up for September! We will be using a NEW Google Classroom account for September. We need to set up these accounts and ensure students can access them NOW, so things will be ready for September.
The benefit to the new email account is your child can use the same account all the way through 12th grade! AND students will have access to tons of learning opportunities including learning foreign language, STEM, and more through the DOE for FREE!
On Wednesday, June 17th, we will be assisting students through this process, but we need YOUR help. Students will need their 9-digit OSIS number and their birthday to set up their account. Please write it down on some paper and have it ready for Wednesday.
Student OSIS # can be found on report cards, or on their nycschools account. If you do not have it, message your child’s teacher and they will send it to you.
Additionally, you will need to make a new personal password for this account on Wednesday, June 17th. Like any account you have, you’ll need to record and store your email account and password – write it down and keep it safe.
We are excited to bring this new opportunity to you…
